Mark McCabe, has an extensive background in sales and residential construction. A licensed remodeling contractor with over 20 years experience doing remodeling work (selling, managing and doing hands on construction) gives him a qualified perspective of how work should be completed. Along with his extensive construction background, Mark has been exposed to several key sales experiences (McGraw-Hill and Hanley Wood Publishing, advertising sales, and most recently sales with a local pool renovation company in Maryland). Mark’s construction philosophy is simple: “to make the end result of the project look like it fits with the existing site, one that I would be proud to have at my home.”

Leo Rosetta, has an extensive background in pool construction and service work. A licensed pool contractor with over 40 years experience, building, remodeling and maintaining high end luxury swimming pools in the greater Washington, DC area. (Work experience includes running Anthony Pools construction office from 1975-77, developing Anthony Pools retail service organization on a national basis, then starting his own pool construction/service business from 1979-1984) Leo has served on local pool association boards, past president, conducted many training conferences for pool industry contractors. He currently runs a successful pool service business (Rosetta Pool & Spa).
